Daphyl’s Affiliate and Dropship Program General Guidelines
Affiliates: Corporate affiliates are retail partners that have customers place orders via a hyperlink which Daphyl’s will provide. The link will direct the customer to the Daphyl’s website for direct purchase from the Daphyl’s site. On these orders the affiliate partner will receive a 15% commission off the gross value of the sale not including any Shipping and handling charges associated with said sale.
Example: customer goes to retail partner website and sees Daphyl’s Grateful Dead Umbrella Stroller for Sale for 65.99. They click to purchase and checkout which will be done through Daphyl’s checkout system automatically. Daphyl’s will receive, process and ship said order. Retail partner will earn a commission of $9.89 paid via paypal
Dropship: Dropship accounts are retail partners who will promote Daphyl’s products on their website at their retail prices and have the sale transaction go through their site. After order is completed Daphyl’s will pull, pack and ship direct to customer from a Daphyl’s warehouse. Please note, currently we warehouse only in New Jersey; shipping charges will reflect our ship from point. All dropship customers can take advantage of our discounted shipping rates.
Dropship sales will incur the following fee structure:
Strollers: Wholesale Price + $5 for handling (pick and pack + cost of box). Shipping with Customer Account: $2 flat rate (label creation and drop off). Shipping without customer account: Daphyl’s cost for shipping + $2
Bibs: Wholesale Price + $2.50 for handling (pick and pack + cost of box). Shipping with Customer Account: $2 flat rate (label creation and drop off). Shipping without customer account: Daphyl’s cost for shipping + $2
Sippy Cups: Wholesale Price + $2.50 for handling (pick and pack + cost of box). Shipping with Customer Account: $2 flat rate (label creation and drop off). Shipping without customer account: Daphyl’s cost for shipping + $2
Plush Toys: Wholesale Price + $2.50 for handling (pick and pack + cost of box). Shipping with Customer Account: $2 flat rate (label creation and drop off). Shipping without customer account: Daphyl’s cost for shipping + $2
Please note Dropship customers must have a Credit Card or debit account on file that will be charged prior to order shipment. A total of charges will be sent to dropship partner daily / prior to any order being shipped. Emailed invoices that are not responded to in 24 hours will be determined as read and accepted. These stipulations will be reminded on said invoice emails.
