Product returns are subject to the following policy. It our goal to have satisfied customers. However, we understand from time to time you may not be satisfied with your purchase. Certain products are returnable and our return policies are stated below. If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your product, it our goal to see you our valued customer satisfied. Please see below our basic return policies. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods for a full refund of the purchase price.
Some products are considered special order items and unfortunately are not returnable. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on the product page.
Merchandise that has been clearly used, and not only tried is not returnable.
Please enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining the reason for return.
Please Note: We cannot accept returns for the following Items. Sippy Cups, Pacifiers.
All refunds & exchanges are subject to the final approval of our quality control division.
For customers shipping Daphyl’s products internationally please note, unless specifically noted as safety tested for other countries Daphyl’s cannot guarantee that items will meet or surpass the regulatory restrictions of said country. Return Shipping Costs
Daphyl’s does not assume return shipping costs. Customers will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Customers may ship back returns with any shipping provider. For customer protection, we recommend using a shipping service that can both insure and track the return.
Customers may request a prepaid shipping label. The costs associated with the label (the shipping cost) will be deducted from the refund amount once the item has been received.
Please send your prepaid label requests to email@example.com, please be sure to include your order number as well as the reason for your return. Our returns department will process your request and will reply within 2 business days with the shipping costs.
If a delivery is refused or undeliverable there will be a $5.00 restocking fee and all shipping costs incurred with the product’s attempted delivery and return will be charged to the customer.
